If a search returns zero results, check whether you have search parameters turned on that do not match your new criteria, e.g., you have set certain refine panel filters already and there are no results that meet the new criteria you have entered into the search bar. Check your breadcrumb trail and remove refine panel filters to broaden your search. You will also want to check your searchable fields and boolean operators; e.g., if you have entered a list of grant records (appl IDs) or literature identifiers (PMIDs or doi’s), you must have OR selected for the boolean operator instead of the default AND.
