Heat mapping
Specific heat mapping is available for each dataset to reflect variation in the selected metric across topics, such as percent of literature funded by NIH. In the Clinical Trials dataset, you can view heat mapping based on:
- % NIH linked: Percentage of the topic’s clinical trials which has been linked to an NIH award. See more on disambiguation and data linkages.
- % Early phase: This indicates how much of that topic contains early phase clinical trials. This phase is defined by early Phase 1 (formerly Phase 0), Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 1/2. Learn more about clinical trials.
