To export Appl IDs or PMIDs, do your search and click on Export. On the next screen, name your download, deselect all fields and select System ID (or Appl ID or PMID), then press Export. The resulting file will contain the System IDs in column A. The type of System ID depends on the dataset as follows:
- Literature: Preprint ID (e.g., rs-2739512 or 10.1101/2022.05.23.492682) or PMID (e.g., 11668061)
- Grant Records: Appl ID (e.g., 10651054)
- Clinical Trials: Clinical trial ID (e.g., NCT04692415)
