Click the funnel icon near the upper left of the window to open the Refine Filters panel. These filters allow you to focus your query results further by entering specific search criteria. Each dataset in iSearch Analytics has a number of Refine Filter options relevant to that dataset. Refine Filters contain a combination of input text boxes for ranges, drop-down lists, checkboxes, and the ability to include or exclude certain criteria. After you enter your search criteria, click the Apply button to apply your selections and execute your search.

Breadcrumbs
Each time a filter is applied from the Refine Filters panel, the search is repeated and a descriptive breadcrumb with the name of the filter will be displayed as an active filter under the search bar. Filter selections that are excluded appear crossed out in the breadcrumbs.
To edit a breadcrumb for a filter, click on the Modify button, depicted as a pencil to the right of the filter. The corresponding filter panel will appear and you can make changes directly to the filter without leaving your current location.
If you are updating an alphabetical field, such as Admin IC, click on the View as: Top Results or Full List toggle to reset the options and make changes. Your search will be rerun to update your results and any changes will be displayed in the breadcrumbs.
To remove a filter from the search, click the “x” to the right of the filter name in the breadcrumb. The search will update automatically.
